What is the Myerscough Horticultural Programme?
We have partnered with Myerscough College to deliver a Practical Horticultural Skills Programme at Bowring Park & Golf Course.
This is a Level 1 Qualification with a new horticultural skill taught every week and it is free for Liverpool City Region residents (subject to eligibility).
The course will be delivered at the park every Tuesday between 1pm and 4pm. Learners can expect to work on various skills including; ground preparation, planting, pruning, propagation, plant identification and border maintenance.
