  • Voices of Knowsley

    Date: Thursday 30 October

    Join us for a day long celebration of music and the arts!

    The day will be split up in various events, all with the goal of getting people more involved in music.

    Sessions range from sing-a-long sessions with toddlers, to musical masterclasses for kids and an open mic night.

  • Myerscough Horticulture Classes

    Date: Every Tuesday from 10am - 12pm

    Join these free weekly classes to gain a Level 1 Qualification in Horticulture.

    Participants can expect to work on various skills including; ground preparation, planting, pruning, propagation, plant identification and border maintenance.

  • Awards For All

    We have recently been awarded National Lottery funding to deliver a year-long programme of events to support health, wellbeing and activity.

    Sessions will include guided health walks, yoga sessions and nature trails for kids. Sessions are starting in November. Keep an eye out for more details on how to book onto sessions.

  • Fix It

    Repair Café and Workshop

    Bring your broken items, whether it’s electronics, clothing, furniture, or tools, and get hands-on help to fix them.

    Learn essential DIY and repair skills like sewing, electronics troubleshooting, and woodworking.

  • Footgolf

    Play any time

    Not handy with a golf club? Try Footgolf! It’s fun for all the family and our 9-hole course is the perfect outdoor activity.

    No need to book in advance, simply visit the Golf Shop to pick up a scorecard and pay as you play.

  • Forest School

    Join the forest school at Bowring Park, run by Journey, Leaves & Seeds.

    These weekly sessions get your little ones out in nature, learning with others and getting new skills. Not to mention the themed sessions throughout the year to suit the season!

Learn practical ways to live sustainably with GROW’s hands-on workshops. Explore green skills such as composting, urban gardening, and upcycling household items.

In partnership with Liverpool John Moores University, Jaguar Land Rover, and Catch22, GROW provides innovative solutions to tackle climate change at a community level.
