Our beginner yoga class at Bowring Park offers a gentle introduction to yoga, ideal for those new to the practice, returning after a break, or even experienced practitioners seeking a refreshed approach.

Each session lasts one hour and takes place in our cosy, secluded Loft room, providing a calm and welcoming environment. Led by an experienced and friendly instructor, the class focuses on fundamental poses and mindful breathing techniques to build confidence and promote well-being.

This session is the first of a number of free yoga classes at Bowring (more dates to be announced soon).

Lydia (Instagram: @lydiajayneyoga) is an established local yoga teacher, teaching for 7 years across studios and gyms in Liverpool and has been practicing herself for 12 years. She is passionate about delivering yoga that is accessible for beginners while still challenging the more well-seasoned yogi too!

Her classes are thoughtfully put together with plenty of deep stretches designed to release tension both physically and mentally along with some mindful flowing movement to get the endorphins flowing!

Sessions have been funded through the National Lottery Awards for All Fund.
