Volunteer Opportunities Available
Our goal is always to make volunteering at the park as rewarding, engaging, and enjoyable as possible. We now welcome volunteers across three intake periods to help us provide clearer communication, improved onboarding processes and a stronger sense of engagement.
Our intake periods are
January-April
May-September
October-December
If you’re already volunteering with us, we'll contact you at the end of each intake period to ask whether you would like to remain engaged and informed for the next one.
If you're volunteering this winter, please remember to wear appropriate winter clothing to keep you warm, dry and safe, such as layers, waterproofs and sturdy boots or shoes.

Bowring Park & Golf Course is a true gem in the heart of Merseyside. A beautiful, public space that has been a key part of the local and wider community since it was donated to the City of Liverpool back in 1907.
Now we want to welcome you to the Bowring family!
There will be plenty of hot drinks, nice chats and meeting new faces but most importantly we want your input to make this amazing space as special as possible.
